Throughout her distinguished career as a classroom teacher, Ms. Potter was recognized as one of Florida’s Highest Impact Teachers in 2015 and earned the honor of Teacher of the Year in 2015. She maintained a Highly Effective teacher rating for 15 consecutive years— a testament to her instructional expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment to student success. During her tenure in the classroom, her students consistently achieved 100% learning gains and closed academic achievement gaps by two or more performance levels, demonstrating measurable and transformative academic growth year after year. Her expertise spans elementary education and secondary mathematics, where she has consistently driven student achievement, data-informed instruction, and innovative teaching practices.
