Mr. (Justin) Woodbury is the ELA teacher for the sixth grade cluster, Dolphins. He grew up in Danvers. He has worked at The Higgins for six years; five years as an official teacher with his own class. Mr. Woobury talked about having a hard time sitting still, especially during long lessons. He sympathizes with kids who struggle with the same problem so he makes his class perfect for them. Outside of work, Mr. Woodbury likes to stay active. He plays sports, kick boxes, and goes to the gym. He is also working on his own personal project, a piece of writing. Mr. Woodbury chooses to work at The Higgins because of the variety and amount of jobs at The Higgins. He also used to be a camp counselor and knew many kids who went to The Higgins. Mr. Woodbury wanted to go into business and was quite set on it. But, when he went to school for business he didn't like it at all. So, he ended up becoming a teacher. A major influence of this was the fact that his mother was a teacher.
