SALP recognizes the need for anti-racism work. We are listening, researching, and connecting as we work toward dismantling the oppression and racism that is deeply imbedded in our society. We believe in building a network of allies and in centering the leadership and voices of the folks who have been fighting and creating justice, and we are committed to supporting their work through education, awareness, information, and action. We also encourage student leaders to follow and support the leadership, vision, and work of communities of color. At the least, we hope to provide a space for learning that ignites valuable change in our practice and leadership within the larger campus community.
With this project, we hope to provide a space for discussion and reflection. Share your thoughts and insights by submitting a journal entry!
