Our mission is to help increase and diversify Oregon's supply of skilled water professionals by identifying critical hiring needs and skill gaps; identify Oregon's higher education institutions water-specific and water-adjacent programs and trainings; and, map clear avenues for students to explore water-related career paths.
This project will continue to evolve with your input and the work of our student researchers.
