Tom Pey

Dr Tom Pey serves as the CEO of Waymap, having founded the technology business in 2018. Prior to this, he was the Group Chief Executive of the Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC). Tom joined RSBC in 2010 following a long career in the charity sector and, previously, in banking. At the age of 39,Tom was diagnosed with a rare sight condition which led to him becoming seriously blind. Waymap, is the culmination of decades of work advancing understanding of the technology required to enhance mobility and freedom for people with disabilities.
