Patricia Kepler

Patricia is an active member of the disabled community and has, for many years, advocated for disability inclusion. She currently works as an Accessibility Specialist For Portland Community College and serves as the advisor to the Delta Alpha Pi Honor Society for students with disabilities. Patricia also chairs the PCC Committee on Accessible College Culture.


Patricia served as a consultant on the ADA plan for Oregon Metro’s parks and nature department, as well as serving as a volunteer for the Portland Committee on Accessible Transportation for eighteen years, the Oregon Commission for the Blind for four years, the Oregon Disabilities Commission for three years, and Oregon Metro’s Committee

on Racial Equity for three years. Academically, Patricia holds a

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s in Management and Organizational Leadership, as well as achieving certifications on various subject matter areas including employment and assistive technology.
