Airport Pick-up form for new students joining Portland State University

• For all Students who don't know dropping point please answer the question as shown.

Q: What is the address of where the driver should take you?

A: 1. Enter the address where the FOCUS driver should take you when arrived at PDX. For most, this will be where you will stay your first night in Portland

2. If you are unsure of your dropping point, enter "Goose Hollow Apartments (1630 SW Clay St, Portland, OR - 97201)"

3. IMPORTANT: If you wish to have an ISA rep accompany the FOCUS driver, put ISA at the beginning of your answer. For example, "ISA - Goose Hollow Apartments (1630 SW Clay St, Portland, OR - 97201)"
