• Athletic permission form (no fee for junior tournament team)

Uniforms

• Personalized uniforms are not mandatory, however, there is a limited number of jerseys available for new players

• The cost of the jersey includes your last name on the back.

  • The cost of the jersey is $44.50.

  • If at least 12 students purchase a jersey, then the cost of the jersey will be $37. The difference will be returned through School Cash Online.

• Deadline to purchase is Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
