Even before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kelly Education was engaged in providing tutoring talent and program management for school districts throughout the country. Today, we deliver Tutoring Solutions to a growing number of schools as we work with districts to ensure their students have access to high-quality and equitable educational support and interventions. Our Tutoring Solutions team leverages our collective education and staffing experience to engage, deliver, and retain top-performing, culturally competent, and consistent tutors for high-impact, high-dosage tutoring sessions that bridge learning gaps by complementing classroom instruction, resulting in student achievement and learning growth.

Our Tutoring Solutions for Arkansas LEAs involve three initiatives:

•        Our solutions are specifically tailored to align with an LEA’s tutoring requirements. 

o        We listen to their desires and expectations.

o        We design a high-dosage tutoring program that seamlessly extends classrooms through our session delivery and fits an LEA’s aims, scale, schedule, and the solid curriculum they already use to accelerate student achievement as quickly as possible.

•        Our vetted tutors engage with students to provide the help they need. 

o        We provide culturally competent tutors who support the social-emotional learning of students.

o        We offer in-person tutoring one-on-one or in small groups—all individualized to students’ needs and readiness levels.

•        Our ongoing progress updates equip LEAs with insights on how students are doing. 

o        We work with an LEA team to identify and track key growth measurements for students.

o        We report progress and attendance at the cadence they request in compliance with student privacy regulations.
