Welcome to NES Pre K!

My name is Mrs. Rachel Gill. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to know you and your child! I graduated from Tennessee Tech University in Early Childhood Special Education and have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, also from TTU.

This is my first year with Putnam County and I am so very excited to be a part of this wonderful team of educators. Prior to this year I taught for seven years in Fentress County.

I love teaching in the early childhood classroom. I believe this is a critical time in development. We learn through play and exploration and are guided by excitement and natural curiosity. What can be better than that?
