(NOVEMBER 7, 2024) Two years ago, William Hoesch was riding his bicycle in the small town of Rainier. An ambulance was also on the street. The ambulance tried to make a right turn, and it crashed into Hoesch. The bicycle was crushed under the wheel of the ambulance.
The ambulance driver took Hoesch to the hospital. Hoesch had a broken nose, scrapes, and other injuries. His medical expenses have been about $47,000. He expects he will need to spend another $50,000.
But the story doesn't end there. The ambulance company sent the man a bill for $1,862 for the ride to the hospital.
Now the man is taking the ambulance company to court. The man wants to the company to pay for medical expenses and $900,000 for pain and suffering.
