Oregon economy is growing, but slowly

(MAY 9, 2024) The economy is all about money. It is buying things. It is selling things. It is even saving money.

The economy in Oregon is growing slowly in 2024.

There are more jobs, especially in healthcare, restaurants, and hotels. Sometimes a business cannot find workers.

The population is growing, too. That means there are more people in Oregon. But it is growing very slowly. Why? There are fewer babies.
