Scientists at make a new kind of artificial skin

(APRIL 4, 2024) The University of Oregon has many scientists. They do a lot of research. They study different things.

Some scientists study skin. They want to make artificial skin. It can help people with burns. It can help people with other health problems. Companies can even use the skin to test things like makeup.

The artificial skin grows in 18 days. It uses 3D printing. It has several layers, just like real skin.
