Fort Rock Natural Area is an interesting place to visit

(JANUARY 11, 2024) Do you like nature? Oregon has many interesting places to visit. Fort Rock is one of them.

Fort Rock is near Bend. It is a natural area in the desert. It is a very tall circle of rock. It looks like a fort.

There is a cave. Native Americans used the cave long ago. In fact, visitor found sandals from 9,350 to 10,500 years ago.

The park is open only during the day, but it is open 365 days a year. A guide can show you the cave.
