A new company makes delicious drinks without alcohol

(SEPTEMBER 22, 2023) Brad Whiting and Seth O’Malley wanted to make special drinks. They wanted natural flavors from plants. But they did not want to use alcohol.

Brad knew a lot about drinks. Seth knew a lot about plants. So, they decided to make non-alcoholic spirits from plants. "Spirits" is another name for alcohol.

They worked really hard for two years. They tried different plants. They tried different ways to make their special drinks. 

They created Wilderton. It's a new company in Hood River. It makes three kinds of non-alcoholic spirits. People can use them to make drinks without alcohol.

The first uses grapefruit, orange blossom, and herbs. The second uses orange, tarragon, and lavender. The third uses white peppercorn, pine-smoked tea, and cardamom.
