Portland has a food cart for dogs

(MAY 5, 2023) Portland has many food carts. People go to these carts to buy different kinds of food. But one food cart is different. It is called Bring! Treats for Dogs. It sells only food for dogs. This is the only food cart like this in Portland.

Kristen Martin started Bring! Treats for Dogs. She loves dogs. She wants to make treats that are good for them. Kristen bakes all the treats herself. She uses ingredients that are safe for dogs to eat. Her own dog, Moxie, helps her make sure the treats taste good.

Kristen worked in a different job before starting the food cart. But she wanted to do something she loved. She wanted to be creative. So she started making dog treats.

Dogs can try all different kinds of treats at this food cart. Kristen makes pupcakes, empawnadas, and puptarts. She uses ingredients like peanut butter, pumpkin, and beets. There is no meat in the treats. Everything is gluten-free. Everything is natural.

Many dogs love the treats. They come to the food cart every day. Their owners bring them to get a treat. They can sit on a covered patio while the dogs enjoy their food.

The food cart is at 3302 SE Division Street. It is open Monday-Saturday from 12pm to 7pm, and Sunday 12pm to 5pm.
