Fires burn in Southern Oregon
(JULY 17, 2021) The Bootleg fire started July 6. It is near Klamath Falls in Southern Oregon. More than 240,000 acres are burning in Oregon right now.
Almost 2,000 firefighters are trying to stop the fire. It is not easy. They control only a small part now.
Many people must evacuate. That means they must leave their home. At least 20 houses are gone. The fire burned them.
