(APRIL 19, 2021) Is that flag pole legal? It might be too tall. People in Wilsonville need a permit for poles over 30 feet. A permit is special permission from the government.
Camping World is a business in Wilsonville. It built a pole that is 130 feet. It did not get a permit.
The city asked the business to remove the pole. The business did not. Now the city is taking the business to court.
The city is giving the company a fine of $500 per day.
The business is not saying anything yet. What will happen?
