She calls the rules a "freeze." It starts November 18. It ends December 2 for some places. Other places end later.
Friends and family meet in smaller groups. There can be no more than six people from no more than two homes.
There are fewer people in stores.
There are fewer people in churches.
Gyms, museums, and movie theaters must close.
Restaurants and bars have takeout only.
People work from home if possible.
People travel less.
There are no changes for schools or personal services, such as hair salons.
