Strangers meet and sing together
(JUNE 26, 2020) Madisen Hallberg studies music at Portland State University. The university wants a video for the 2020 graduation ceremony. They ask Madisen to sing the national anthem. She goes to the park near the university. She begins to sing.
Emmanuel Henreid walks nearby. He is a professional opera singer. He hears Madisen singing. He wants to sing, too. He asks to join.
Madisen and Emmanuel do not know each other. But they choose to sing together. They make music together.
The university shares the video. It is on YouTube. It makes people feel good.
