(MAY 8, 2020) Movie theaters are closed because of the coronavirus. But now you can watch a movie from your car in The Dalles.
Sunshine Mill Winery has a big parking lot. They added a screen. Now the parking lot is a drive-in movie theater.
People park in the parking lot. They watch the movie in their cars. They can order pizza, too.
People cannot leave their car for the bathroom. There is a 20-minute break in the middle of the movie. Then people can drive away to find a bathroom.
Friday night movies are for adults. Saturday night movies are for families. Tickets are $15 per car. People must buy tickets online from https://www.sunshinemill.com/events.
