Pets need more help in winter weather

(JANUARY 10, 2020) Winter weather is coming to Oregon. It can be bad for pets. The temperature is cold. There is rain, ice, and snow.

Help your pet in these ways:

• Keep them away from anti-freeze and other chemicals on sidewalks and streets.
• Don't leave them outside. Bring them inside.
• Wipe their paws after a walk outside.
• Give them lots of water and food.
• Use plastic bowls, not metal.
