Ski season begins in Oregon
(DECEMBER 6, 2019) Do you like to ski? The mountains have snow. Three ski areas are open:
- Mt. Hood Meadows
- Timberline Ski Area
- Mt. Bachelor
How much snow is there? Timberline has 16 inches. Mt. Bachelor and Mt. Hood Meadows have 17 inches. That is below normal for December. However, there is enough snow to ski. More snow is coming this weekend.
