(NOVEMBER 1, 2019) Rod Hill is a scientist. He studies the weather.
Rod is also on TV. He brings news about the winter in Portland. He says:
The temperature will be near normal. However, January will be cold.
We will have less rain. But we will have a big snowstorm in January or February.
Last year, Rod made good guesses. He was right. Will he be right this year, too? What do you think?
