A student brings a gun to Parkrose High School

(MAY 19, 2019) Friday, May 17 is a bad day in Portland. A student brings a gun to Parkrose High School. Other boys and girls are afraid. They run away.

The student holds the gun. The gun is ready. He does not shoot. A football coach stops him.

The police come to the school. They take the student away. The boys and girls are safe. No one is hurt.

The student is 18 years old. His name is Angel Granados Diaz. His friends say he was upset and depressed. He is in jail now.
