The Portmore Community College Helpdesk serves as an effective point of contact between students and staff and the Information Technology Department. The Helpdesk staff will assist you with your questions, requests and suggestions or route them to the appropriate area for resolution and provide status of your report.

Request Online Learning Support Services

  • Technical Helpdesk: handles resetting iSIMS password and technical issues with not seeing your courses in Moodle

  • iSIMS Registration Helpdesk: handles issues such as not seeing all courses in iSIMS, not seeing registration button, unable to activate account, not seeing gradebook

  • Students Support Services Helpdesk: information on scholarships, Work Experience and Community Services; counselling services
