If you are picking up elementary students only in the car line, you want to pass the front door of the school before 3:30pm so you do not get caught up in MS/HS dismissal.

If you are picking up students from elementary/middle school and/or high school you must be in the lane closest to the school and you want to pass the front door after 3:30pm. Your children will walk out of the front door together if they are in sibling pick up.

**In the event that we have inclement weather and it is lightning, all students PK-12 will load from the front of the school. Please be patient and know that student safety is our top priority.

Elementary students may not be checked out after 2:45pm and the front office is not allowed to call for the student(s) until you check in with them at the window.

Please call the front office at (936) 634-5515 before 3:00pm if your child will have a change in transportation.

Dress Code Reminders:

Here are a few things Dr. Benoy would like to point out-

According to district policy, male students may not wear earrings. Teachers will ask them to remove earrings or cover them with Band-Aids starting on Monday 8/16/21.

All pullovers/hoodies must be: solid navy, solid grey, or solid white with a small, single logo only. PCA or College logos are allowed. Sweatshirt hoods may not be worn in the building.

Elementary Reminders:

  • Students need to wear closed toe shoes for electives and recess. If your child can not tie their shoes, we highly recommend Velcro shoes.

  • Please send your child with a water bottle every day. Our water fountains have converted to water dispensers.

  • Elementary students should enter at the ramp between 7:15-7:45.

Thank you for choosing to partner with us for the 2021-2022 school year where PCA grows leaders!

We are going to have an incredible year!

Welcome Timberwolves!

Welcome back to school!

Here are some helpful reminders:

  1. Our campus is closed to visitors, parents/guardians may only enter the building past the foyer if they have been invited and have been checked in by the office staff.

  2. Morning drop off and afternoon dismissal will be slower for the first few weeks while we get use to the new routine. Please be kind and patient. Our top priority is student safety. If you are picking up elementary students only, you want to pass the front door by 3:30. At 3:30 all Middle School and High School students are released. By 3:45 elementary students will load from the front door only. This is why we only have one line at that time.

  3. Elementary parents may walk up to the ramp to pick up their students. We will have a teacher there to call names when you arrive.

  4. Please have the car tags visible from the time you round the corner at the playground until your child has been loaded.

  5. If you are picking up students from elementary and middle school or high school make sure they are going to sibling pick up. Please call the front office or contact your teacher. This will allow your older student to pick up your elementary student from the cafeteria and load from the front of the school. You will want be in the lane closest to the school building so that your students can load up as soon as they see your car.

  6. If your child will have a transportation change at any time, you must notify the front office at (936) 634-5515.

  7. If your phone number has changed, please make sure that the front office has your updated contact info.
