Welcome to your leadership learning journey. We've designed this learning programme to boost your leadership skills and get you thinking and acting like a leader. Using a wide range of materials, from games to TED talks, you will step through different levels of learning, earning badges as you go.

Leadership is important as it provides a clear vision and helps everyone work towards a common goal. being a good leader is an invaluable skill in your career and in life. Being confident and having the ability to lift those around you up will lead to success.

There are three stages to your learning journey. Engage, participate and demonstrate. In each section you will be asked to engage with different materials. As you work your way through we will track your engagement and as you achieve each stage you will be awarded a badge. The first two stages are digital based, interacting with videos, podcasts and of course, our fab game. The third stage is more practical. It's an opportunity for you to show us what you've got. The demonstrate stage is about sharing your leadership skills with your cohort and to get recognition of your leadership in action.
