The Principal is responsible for the running of the College and is a member of the Board of Governors, chaired by David Noyce, which has strategic oversight of our activities.

Governors are responsible for the leadership, direction and control of the College, with the aim of improving its efficiency and effectiveness. The governing body discharges its responsibilities of the duty of care by ensuring that the public funds received are spent for the intended purposes and that value for money is obtained. The Board of Governors has the Student Union President as a full member and College staff are also represented by two members, one academic and one professional services.

The Principal is assisted in the day-to-day running of the College by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) who meet on a fortnightly basis. SLT consists of the Principal, Registrar, Academic Dean, Director of Communication, Director of Finance and Dean of Learning and Teaching.

The Student Union President meets regularly with the Senior Leadership Team and the Student Union Executive Committee meets with the Senior Leadership Team and Principal every month.
