We are a diverse group of individuals from across the country who share an interest in parliamentary procedure. The Parliamentarians of Bucks County (PBC) is a local unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) and affiliated with the Pennsylvania Association of Parliamentarians (PAP). PBC is a 501c3 non-profit organization headquartered in Bucks County, Pennsylvania dedicated to the education of parliamentary procedure - committed to studying, teaching, and promoting the principles that guide effective, fair, and orderly meetings within deliberative assemblies.
Parliamentary Procedure is an excellent tool and skill for Youth Leaders to learn and utilize. Contact us ((youth@pbcpa.org) ) to schedule a workshop for your student government association, young leaders group or high school students who are members of a club or association.
As a member, you will have exclusive opportunities to advance your parliamentary knowledge and skill at your own pace. Gain access to credentialed parliamentarians for consultation on meeting management. Choice of committee selection to stay engaged in the growth and development of the unit. We hold bi-monthly unit meetings virtually on the 4th Wednesday of the odd-numbered months and meet in-person for our November annual meeting. Regular membership to the unit requires an active membership in NAP (we can help you achieve NAP membership).
