The Exhibit Hall is on the move!!! We will be relocating this year to the Chocolate Ballroom to allow for new conference features for our attendees.
ONE DAY ONLY!!! The exhibit hall will be open for one day, on Monday, March 11, 2019, with TWO dedicated times for participants to visit our exhibitors.

Please do not begin disassembling your exhibit until after 6:30 PM on Monday.
The coffee house is returning! We will again be having our coffee house this year for conference participants. The exhibit hall will open during conference registration, prior to the keynote presentation on the opening day. Coffee, and other snacks and beverages, will be available to participants in the exhibit hall as they walk and talk with our vendors and exhibitors. This year we will also have live music and other activities for our attendees to participate in prior to the start of the conference.
Sip n' Shop
The exhibit hall will stay open after the conference day ends on Monday, to host Sip n' Shop. After the opening keynote, which ends at 5:00, conference participants will be invited to the exhibit hall to have some light refreshments, enjoy a cash bar, see some entertainment and play games to win prizes. We will also host some local artisan craft sellers for our attendees to visit and support. We encourage our exhibitors to offer games and other fun activities at their booth during this time. We will be holding the Exhibit Hall Bingo drawing during this time. If you'd like to have a raffle, or other giveaway, at your booth and have announced during this time, contact Ron Logan at email@example.com for more information.
If you would like to promote your company and purchase Sip n' Shop Drink Tickets, a ticket for a drink from the cash bar, to give to the PDE attendees who visit your exhibit booth, contact Frankie Kramlick, at the Hershey Lodge via email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday, March 4th.
(Please, send a company logo along with how many tickets you would like to hand out. Your tickets will be delivered to your booth on Monday, March 11 during Exhibitor Setup. You will only be charged for the redeemed tickets. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you when you order the drink tickets and you will need to provide payment prior to receiving the drink tickets.)
All exhibitors will have a large sign, with your name and logo (if submitted) for your booth as well as listed on the conference smartphone app. You may purchase a scrolling banner ad for the app, to increase your company's visibility to our conference attendees. In 2018, banner ads were displayed as many as 30,000 times in the conference app that was downloaded by participants. Banner ads are available for $150.
Please note, we are not able to share conference participants information with our exhibitors.
Logo Bingo/Exhibit Hall Raffle
Conference participants will be encouraged to visit exhibitors booths this year to collect entries into the exhibit hall raffle, which will take place during the Director's Reception, through Logo Bingo. Each conference participant will be given a Bingo card made of exhibitors logos and will need to collect stamps to get a Bingo to be entered for the raffle. Exhibitors are encouraged to engage conference participants during this time to share their products and services with conference participants, but also gather contact information, and other relevant information, from conference participants. Exhibitors may contribute to the exhibit hall raffle or you may have your own giveaway at your booth. Contact Ron Logan (email@example.com) to contribute to the raffle or for more information.
Logo Bingo cards will be made up of randomly placed exhibitor logos in the Bingo card squares. Several versions of the cards will be made to include each exhibitor. Every exhibitor who registers will automatically be included on the cards. Would you like your logo to appear on every card? The four corners are available for exhibitors to purchase for $2500 and your logo will be included on every card. Availability is limited, please contact Ron Logan (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information, or to purchase a corner.

*Single booth space fee is $500 and includes 10' (width) x 8' (depth) booth, overhead printed company name sign, one 6' table, 2 chairs and wifi access (includes Monday afternoon coffee break and snacks).
*Double booth space fee is $850 and includes 20' (width) x 8' (depth) booth, overhead printed company name sign, two 6' tables, 3 chairs and wifi access (includes Monday's snack and beverages).

*Banner Ad for conference app is $150.
Booth Setup is Monday,March 11, 2019 from 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM.
Conference Registration (to attend keynote and concurrent sessions) is an additional charge. Please use the conference registration if you'd like to attend any sessions.

Registration should be submitted electronically through the link found on the registration page. Registration and payment deadline is February 1, 2019. We will NOT be offering exhibitor sessions during this year's conference. However, you may rent space from Hershey outside of the conference hours to hold your own sessions, receptions, etc. You may also hold sessions in your exhibit booth.
You may cancel your booth at any time, up to February 8, 2019. After this date, please contact Ron Logan at email@example.com for more information.
Individual schools, public, private, alternative and APS are not eligible to exhibit.
