On behalf of the 4A Foundation for Paso Robles Schools, we would like to welcome you to this year’s Pacific Premier Paso Robles Half Marathon! All proceeds from this event go to supporting the students of Paso Robles. We are excited about our event and all of the activities that we have planned!

Packet pick-up will take place at Pappy McGregor's on Saturday, November 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or on Sunday beginning at 6 a.m. in the park.
You will need to present a photo ID or race confirmation to pick up your packet. A friend or family member may pick up your packet with a copy of the race confirmation.
Parking is limited in downtown Paso Robles and participants are encouraged to carpool. Many of the streets will be closed for the race so please give yourself plenty of time to find a spot. All parking in the downtown area is free.

Bib timing is being provided by Synergy Race Timing. Your bib will be given to you at packet pick-up. Results will be posted throughout the morning.
All participants who registered for the half marathon, 5K, mile race, and kids’ dash before November 1 will receive a race shirt during packet pick-up. For those who registered after the deadline, shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis during packet pick-up. Shirts and sizes are not guaranteed if you signed up after October 31.
RACE DAY FESTIVAL
The race day festival will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Downtown City Park. The festival features live music and free kids’ activities. We have partnered with a local restaurant, Pappy McGregor’s, who will be selling breakfast, beer, wine, mimosas, and other fare. Pre-purchased meal or drink tickets can be redeemed at Pappy McGregor’s. The park is surrounded by numerous stores, restaurants, and tasting rooms. We invite you to stay and explore Downtown Paso Robles!
Roads will be closed during the races. Hard closures will be in place for the 5K and shorter distance races. The half marathon will have rolling closures supported by the Paso Robles Police Department. Please abide by normal traffic rules while running.
The race course is officially open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The half marathon has a 4-hour time limit. Runners on the course after the race course closes will not be supported, timed, scored, or listed in the official results. If at any time you feel you are unable to finish, please report this to your nearest aid station and transportation will then be provided for you. There will be a course sweep in place to assure everyone’s safety.
Awards will be handed out at the gazebo in Downtown City Park beginning at approximately 10:30 a.m. Recipients must be present to receive award. No awards will be mailed after the event.
Half Marathon: All half marathon finishers will receive a finisher’s medal. Top 3 male and female in each age group will receive medals. Male and female winners in each age group receive a bottle of wine.
5K/Mile/SLO County Elementary Championship: Top 3 male and female in each age group will receive medals. Top 5 scores in the mile for each elementary school (male and female ages 6-11) will be added together to determine a team school champion. Team school champions, male and female, will receive a plaque.
All kids entered into the mile, kids’ dash, and diaper dash will be entered into a drawing to win a new washer & dryer courtesy of Idler’s Home. The drawing will take place during the awards ceremony. Must be present to win.
San Luis Sports Therapy will have a recovery tent near the start/finish line. Athletes will be provided recovery food and drink including fruit, water, and granola bars. Food and drinks will be available for purchase for athletes and spectators at Pappy McGregor's. Medical personnel are also stationed at start/finish. Should you need medical aid or assistance during your run, please notify the nearest aid station so they can assist you. We will also have bike support on the course with limited medical supplies to assist you as well if needed.
All aid stations will have water, Fluid sports drink, and Clif gels available for our runners. Please do not litter. Trash cans are available at all aid stations.
The Downtown City Park has permanent restrooms available just to the west of the Historical Society building. Portable restrooms will also be available at the park and at all aid stations.

Pacific Premier Paso Robles Half Marathon- 13.1 Miles
Our half marathon course will start and finish in the historic Downtown City Park on Spring Street. With generous cut-offs, runners and walkers of all levels will enjoy a tour of the city center then head out towards the rolling hills of Paso Robles wine country. The loop course is mostly paved with a short dirt trail and will feature a variety of classic homes and iconic businesses then head out and back through the beautiful town of Paso Robles. Race start is 7 AM and the course limit is 4 hours. In addition, we will provide a short-sleeve tech unisex shirt, bib timing, awards, aid stations, port-a-johns, and a well-marked course.
5k – 3.1 miles
Our 5K is a paved loop through downtown Paso Robles. We encourage runners, walkers, strollers, and families of all levels to enjoy this spectator-friendly, high-energy event. In addition, we will provide a short-sleeve tech unisex shirt, bib timing, awards, aid stations, port-a-johns, and a well-marked course.
Idler's Home Family Mile and SLO County Elementary School Championship Race – 1.0 mile
Our family one mile is a cheer-friendly paved loop around Downtown City Park. This race is perfect for our youngest competitive runners, beginners, and families who want to race together. This race will have the same start and finish, however, we will start in age group waves. Ages 6-7, 8-9, and 10-11 year olds will automatically be entered into the SLO County Championship One-Mile Awards Category. The 2018 SLO County Champions will be crowned fastest male and female athlete overall and be awarded a unique medal on stage. Top 5 scores for each elementary school (male and female) will be added together to determine a team champion. All athletes will receive bib timing, short-sleeve tech unisex shirt, and all other age groups (12 and up) will be entered into age group awards.
Idler's Home Kids' Dash - TBD
The Kids' Dash will be a quick paved sprint at Downtown City Park. We will start based on age groups, oldest to youngest. All participants will rceive a short-sleeve tech unisex shirt.
Idler's Home Diaper Dash - TBD
For infants only.
