  • Device will not turn on

  • Device is unable to connect to WIFI

Use this form to submit a Student Technology Help Desk ticket for your PISD device.

Students may submit a support ticket at any time. You can expect to receive a support call within 24-48 hours. Please be patient as we may be receiving a large number of support requests.

If your device has one of the following issues:

Cracked Screen

Blue Screen

Charging Cable Replaced

Please refer to the Device Service Center days and times below to bring in your device.

Device Service Center

The device service center is open for device support (hardware only), device distribution, and device collection (from Seniors and students who are un-enrolling from the district.)

The center is located at the Carmen Orozco Professional Development Complex, at 1832 E Sam Houston Parkway S, Pasadena, Texas 77503

New Hours Beginning 5/18/20*

Mondays, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Fridays, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

When summer hours begin (starting on 6/1), the Orozco Complex will be open from 8:00 - 5:30 Mondays – Thursdays.

Parents and students will stay in their vehicles and a technician will come to you.

The Orozco Complex will be closed on Monday 5/25 and Monday 7/6 for district holidays.
