If you need assistance with your PISD device, please contact your campus directly for next steps. All device issues and problems are now being addressed by campus team members.

This includes issues related to the following:

  • Microphone, speaker or camera not working

  • Device will not turn on or stay charged

  • Keyboard or touchpad issues

  • Cracked screen and other damage that makes it unusable

If you do not remember your username or password for your Pasadena ISD account, please contact your teacher or someone on your campus.

If your student's password was reset by your campus and/or teacher and you are using a District provided Windows based device (not a Chromebook) then you will need to go to the nearest district building to access the Wi-Fi to login. You should be able to drive up to the outside of the building and not enter the building to see the Wi-Fi as an option on their device.

This will allow for students to use the new password to login to the device.

ATTENTION: Some users with district-issued Windows devices are receiving a message indicating that their Windows License will expire soon. This is a legitimate message. However, this issue will only limit non-vital functions of the computer (such as the ability to change the computer background). The device will continue to function while displaying the error message.

If users want to clear the message, the device will need to be brought to any district Wi-Fi location (such as a school parking lot, close to the front office.) Students may also pull their vehicle close to the front of the Device Support Center to access district Wi-Fi.

After logging into the device (while connected to the district Wi-Fi), the Windows license will renew and the message will resolve.
