This can affect academic performance and other activities severely, so it is very important to learn how to manage and relieve stress and anxiety. This project was made with the goal in mind to do just that. Through these resources and activities, you will find different de-stress tools and games. Breathing Exercises
Sometimes anxiety and stress levels get so high that it becomes very overwhelming. One effective strategy is to be mindful that you must take deep breaths through your stomach instead of your chest. This video is nice for when you feel extremely overwhelmed or anytime you feel that you need help relaxing.
