  • Optional test generally taken junior or senior year (or after completion of Algebra 2) and used for admission to some colleges/universities.

  • Fee-based exam:

    • $55 without writing

    • $70 with writing

    • Waivers available for free/reduced lunch students. Talk to your counselor. Maximum of 4 fee waivers per student.

    • Print and bring your admissions ticket and photo ID to the test site with you.

    • Waivers available for free/reduced lunch students. Talk to your counselor. Maximum of 2 fee waivers per student; 6 for SAT Subject Tests.

    • Print and bring your admissions ticket and photo ID to the test site with you.

*Not all SAT Subject Tests are available on every test date.

PSAT

  • Registration for the PSAT/NMSQT for Tuesday, January 26, 2021 is closed for junior students. This exam is completely optional and is used to help prepare students for the SAT as well as qualify students for the National Merit Scholarship Program.

  • Sign up using the PNH PSAT Participation Form that was sent to their school emails on November 9th. If you cannot find the link, reach out to Ms. Meyer at kmeyer5@parkwayschools.net .

  • The deadline for registration is November 20th.

  • The cost of the exam is $20 and due by January 8th. Payment information was sent to parents on 12/2. There will be waiver opportunities for free / reduced lunch students.

  • School accommodations are not automatically applied to standardized testing. Please indicate on the form if you (or your student) would like to request accommodations before December 4th. College Board ultimately decides what accommodations will be approved.

*Previously offered to sophomores for practice, due to the current pandemic, we will only restrict this exam to juniors interested in competing for National Merit.

*Due to the current pandemic, there could be few testing sites / seats available. Many colleges and universities have switched to a test-optional model. Check with your university for more information.
