Click on the link marked "Forgot password". If you type in your barcode (remember it's 03 + your student ID number, without the S), it will send an email to whatever email they have on file. If you have had a card before, it will be what email you used to create it. If not, it will send it to your school email.

Click on the "contact a librarian" and they can reset it for you. Your best choice is the "Chat" open, and your second best is the "Telephone" one. They will not be able to reset it with an email, unfortunately.
