GENERAL INFORMATION
The Grade 11 Camp will take place from Wednesday, 19 February 2025 to Saturday, 22 February 2025 at Palmiet Campsite - Kleinmond.
The following information applies:
Campsite: Palmiet Campsite - Kleinmond
Service Provider: Venture Forth
Camp Leader: Mr Carel Steinmann
Departure from College Wednesday, 19 February 2025:
Learners must be at the College at 05:30.
Departure from College at 06:30
Arrival at Campsite: 09:00
Return from Campsite: Saturday, 22 February 2025:
Departure from Campsite: 10:00.
Arrival back at the College: 12:00
Venue Information:
Cost: All camp and transport costs covered by the school. Learners need to bring money for snacks/stops on bus rides to and from Kleinmond.

INDEMNITY FORMS (to be completed by parent)
The following indemnity forms need to be completed by Friday, 22 November 2024.
Venture Forth Enrolment and Waiver Form: Please download a copy, print, complete and return the hard copy to the camp leader (Mr Steinmann). Please make sure that learner as well as parent complete and sign the second page (WAIVER AND RELEASE) of the indemnity form.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE HANDED IN BY 22 NOVEMBER 2024
The following documentation need to be completed and handed in by Friday, 22 November 2024.
Hard copy of the Venture Forth Enrolment and Waiver Form. Return the hard copy to the Camp Leader (Mr Steinmann).
Parklands College Indemnity Form: Online form completed and submitted.
