The two back wheels will be individually powered with their own drive mount
The back driver is facing backwards which means she they peddle they needle the rover backwards. The back driver would have to peddle in reverse to make the rover move forward. To fix this so the back driver can peddle the normal way and still move the rover forward we make the chain move in a figure 8. This reverses the effect making the rover move forward.
The front driver peddles normally. The chain that makes the back left wheel move the rover forward is long so that is reaches the back left tire.
Frame
The frame is made out of either 2"x4" or 2"x2" 14 gauge rectangular steal tube.
The shape is a modified I-frame where the front of the frame is flat across and the back has a U-break in it.
This is shown in the left drawing
This is so the gearing will have plenty of space for mounting
The Steal tube is vertically tall if we use the 2"x4" tube
The "break-point" will be off center towards the front or back
