U.S. History

Course Description:

US History Honors will study the major themes of United States History from the founding of the nation through the present day. Themes to be covered include: Colonial America, the Revolutionary War, Slavery and the Civil War, the Westward Movement, Reconstruction, Industrialism and Imperialism, the World Wars and the Great Depression, and then a look at the United States from the 1940’s to the present in relation to various cultural, political and social issues.
