There are three options for traveling to France and Belgium at this time:
1. British Passport - This is the simplest and most expedient method of travel.
2. International Passport - Students traveling on an international passport must also provide proof of their residency or right to remain.
3. Collective Passport - This option will be arranged by the school, but it necessitates a considerable amount of information from parents or guardians.
Please ensure that you adhere to the instructions provided below, according to the travel method your students will be utilizing.
British Passport
Please use the google form to the right to upload a copy of the information page of the student's passport. Please note it is a requirement that students have a minimum of 6 months remaining on their passport from the date of travel. Therefore the expiry date must be no later than 30 December 2025
International Passport
Please use the google form to the right to upload a copy of the information page of the student's passport. Please note it is a requirement that students have a minimum of 6 months remaining on their passport from the date of travel. Therefore the expiry date must be no later than 30 December 2025. Students traveling on an international passport must also upload a copy of their right to remain or residency permit
Collective Passport
Students who are unable to travel with their own passport may participate in the school's collective passport program. This process is legally rigorous and requires comprehensive information to verify each student's British citizenship. To facilitate a smooth application process, please ensure the following information is provided:
The collective passport consent form is completed.
Copies of this can be downloaded from this site or obtained from student reception
Please note, the form requires a signature from the mother of the child. If this is not possible then proof of guardianship must also be included
Four passport photos are provided
The photos must have been taken within the last 6 months
The photos need to be taken from a photobooth or from somewhere that provides official photographs
