1. What is another word for Autumn?
2. Make up your own actions to the poem.
3. Record yourself saying the poem. Change your voice to sound gentle and quiet like falling leaves, and lively like whirling, twirling leaves.
4. Go for a walk and collect some Autumn coloured leaves. Toss them in the air and listen as they fall to the ground. Do you hear anything?
5. Draw or paint some leaves using the colours in the poem.
