Q: How do I choose a camp?
A: Go to the homepage of the Year 10 Camp web-site and click on 'choose camp'.
Q: How many camps can I choose?
A: You are allowed to choose a total of three. The first two are allowed to be any combination of overnight/local/school based camps. The third pick must be a local or school based camp.
Q: When is my camp selection and permission form due?
A: These submissions are due no later than Friday 17th October, end of week 2, term 4
Q: When will I know what camp I am on?
A: Camp lists will be posted as soon as possible after the closing date.
Q: Why can't I choose overnight camps as all of my 3 options?
A: To make things fair for all, you are only allowed to choose overnight camps for the first two selections. Due to large numbers this means it will be easier to place the whole cohort into one of their 3 options.
Q: When will I get more specific information about what I need for my camp?
A: Once you have been selected into your camp you will have regular camp meetings where relevant information will be given i.e. equipment lists, food requirements. These meetings you will also get to meet the staff who are on your camp.
Q: Do I have to choose a camp option?
A: Yes, all students need to choose a camp.
Q: What if I do not choose a camp?
A: If you do not choose a camp then you will be offered a school based camp.
Q: What if I can not go on camp?
A: Your parents need to write a letter/email to the principal explaining your absence.
