This page is a resource for MHS students enrolled in the Apex curriculum and courses. Keep this page bookmarked as you begin your new classes. There are lots of helpful tips you may need to refer back to.

Log in information to be reviewed at orientation

Student expectations:

  • Get familiar with the platform

    • Watch "Help" videos, go through tutorials

    • Run system check-up with your computer

  • 40 minutes per course, per school day (just like a regular school day)

    • That may be instruction / activities / assessments or a combination of all of these

    • Create a schedule and stick to it

    • Attendance counts! Parents must call-off by 9:00 a.m. for illness, appointments, etc.

  • Meet due dates for assignments

  • Meet online with your facilitator at least once per week

    • Each facilitator will communicate Office Hours

  • Ask for help when you need it

  • Do your own work! Have academic integrity

    • Sign and return Student Code of Conduct (Academic Honesty Policy)

  • Complete the semester courses by December 18th
