2020 Hour of Code

Learn computer science.

Change the world.

This year's Hour of Code is December 7-13, 2020

Hour of Code video

The Hour of Code started as a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify "code," to show that anybody can learn the basics, and to broaden participation in the field of computer science. It has since become a worldwide effort to celebrate computer science, starting with 1-hour coding activities but expanding to all sorts of community efforts.

This year's theme is Learn Computer Science. Change the World. This website will provide ideas and resources on how to create with code and hold an Hour of Code event at your school. Keep checking back for more information!

Click below if you already have an event scheduled at your school. You may have the chance to have TEN come and feature some of your student's beginning to master code!
