Ghost Cat

Orange Tabby

This picture is not from the Phelps General Store.

In a room on the second floor old boarding house, there is a peculiar mystery. it is believed to be an orange tabby cat!

Ghost Cat

This is a picture of the room where William and Catherine Phelps slept and lived. If you look very close you will see a soft indentation of where the ghost cat sleeps.

This indentation might be the believed orange tabby cat that may haunt the store. In the picture the tabby appears to be sitting or lying down. However, when we moved closer the indentation, disappeared. After ten minutes of looking and calling for the cat, we concluded it is extremely shy.

These are places where the cat has been heard and seen.

This chair is by the fireplace in the sitting room.

These are the stairs going to the second floor. Perhaps the ghost cat has used these stairs!

In the shadows, there is what looked like a deeper shadow at first but now it looks like the silhouette of a cat.
