After 14 years with the Transportation Cabinet, Dwight started doing training and Leadership development on his own. With more than 25 years of practical experience, Dwight will discuss "Dealing with everyone else, you know, difficult customers". Dwight lives in Bardstown, is married to Michelle and has three boys. Dwight works with government agencies, private companies and small to medium size businesses on topics ranging from Onboarding to Dismissal.
