Todd grew up in Manchester, KY and attended the University of Kentucky. While at UK, Todd was a scholarship member of the golf team and on the KYTC scholarship.

Upon graduation in 2015, he began working in District 9 Ashland Section Office. After two years with the cabinet, Todd moved to Richmond, KY and began working with ATS Construction as a Project Manager/Estimator.

Todd currently manages ATS- Central Division asphalt and assists with grade/drain and concrete projects. When time allows, Todd enjoys traveling and playing golf. Todd resides in Madison County with his wife, Madison.
