Matthew Simpson is a Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Kentucky and a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Kentucky. Matthew has been employed by KYTC for 20 years. Matthew has held multiple positions with KYTC during his tenure including the Georgetown Resident Engineer, Richmond Section Supervisor, and TEBM for Project Delivery and Preservation Branch II of District 7. In December of 2019 Matthew became the Director of Construction for KYTC. Matthew lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
