A former Consultant for Stantec and Garver, Jake joined the Department of Aviation for KYTC in 2019 as the Engineering Branch Manager. In his current role, he provides Engineering oversight and grant management for both Federal and State-funded airport development projects at Kentucky’s 57 public-use airports.

These projects include: runway, taxiway, and apron pavement rehabilitations, reconstructions, and extensions, airfield lighting and NAVAID upgrades, airplane hangars and terminal buildings, security fencing, airfield drainage improvements, and aircraft fueling systems. Outside of work, Jake enjoys long distance running and spending time with family in Lexington.
